Michael Praetorius (c. 1571–1621), Tanzfolge 14
Praetorius was a late-Renaissance German composer and organist. He is most famous for his Advent carol, “Es ist ein Ros entsprungen” (Lo, How a Rose E’er Blooming). This short sequential excerpt is drawn from a series of lovely dances.
